 We complete a 10 point safety inspection on every service visit. We also guarantee our service and parts purchased and installed by us for 90 days which is all fireplace manufacturer standard part warranty. 

If your fireplace stops working within the 90 days of the original service visit there is no return trip or service call. Only the cost of the part within the 90 day window. Our part pricing is that part installed with no hidden extra charges.  Outside of the 90 day service window and your fireplace stops working you will be charged a trip charge plus the cost of parts or a whole new service charge plus parts depending on how long it has been since the original service of the fireplace
