Annual Service Includes Our 10 Point Inspection & Friendly Recommendations
- We Test for Gas and Carbon Monoxide Leaks on every service visit. Safety for you and your family is our highest priority. This is Recommended to be done yearly. We also perform a temperature check on service visit to make sure you are within the correct safe temperature on your wall and mantel.
- We Clean the Pilot Assembly/ Thermocouple/ Thermopile/ Pilot Orifice and Spark Ignitor.
- We Clean the Burner and All Orifices as needed.
- We Clean the Glass. Some heavy deposits (Carbon) that bakes to the glass may not be removable. Replacing glass may be needed if you want it to look like new.
- We Clean the Logs . If your fireplace has discolored crushed glass media or stones it may be in need of replacement and that is not covered during the visit. Crushed glass or stones are an extra charge.
- We replace the Ember Material (Mineral Wool) if your fireplace is designed to have Embers.
- We Inspect Air Intakes for blockage. And Clean for proper gas flow.
- We Inspect the Gaskets and Seals around the Glass.
- We Vacuum and Dust above and below your fireplace where applicable.
- We Test the operation of the fan and remote if your fireplace has one installed. If not, ask our friendly Service Technicians whether your fireplace is compatible to have a fan and remote. We recommend having a fan installed so you can get the maximum heat output for your fireplace.
- Our highly trained Service Technicians will make recommendations based on the performance of your fireplace. So our inspection of all mechanical parts are key to having your fireplace continue to be a great heat source during the fall and winter months. We service most brands and we carry most common fireplace parts on our trucks.
- We are in the business to FIX your fireplace not to sell you a new one. Call us if another company says parts are no longer available and you need to replace the fireplace. Or if another company gives you a quote in the thousands to repair your fireplace. We will give you a honest evaluation during the service visit.
